Elders Group is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead sales operations across target markets. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in identifying business opportunities while managing and motivating sales teams to achieve company goals.
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow business in new and existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard high-performing sales professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage sales performance effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
