Job Description

Dana Group of Companies is hiring a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end systems while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver efficient and high-performing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and improve scalable web applications using modern development frameworks and tools
  • Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end interfaces
  • Design, develop, and manage back-end services, APIs, and server-side logic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and optimize overall performance
  • Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability standards
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain best software development practices
  • Support deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps workflows

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess the following:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Python, PHP, or related technologies
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage
  • Experience working in agile development environments
