Job Description

HR-Aid Consults is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support executive decision-making through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic communication. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming complex business data into meaningful insights, reports, and presentations for investors, board members, and internal stakeholders.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and exceptional presentation development skills.

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality presentations for board meetings, investor engagements, and business reviews.
  • Convert complex datasets into clear charts, dashboards, reports, and visual presentations.
  • Build, update, and manage financial models, including Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow projections, and Balance Sheets.
  • Track and analyze key business performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Burn Rate, and Churn Rate.
  • Conduct detailed business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Support fundraising and investor relations activities by managing data rooms and responding to information requests.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor performance, and market trends to provide business intelligence and benchmarking insights.
  • Maintain investor databases and assist with the preparation of shareholder communications and reports.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
