Bullion Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee financial operations and support business growth within a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide accurate financial insights while ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop budget forecasts and monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and closing accounts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of financial obligations.
- Compute taxes, file tax returns, and maintain proper tax documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Analyze financial data and provide reports on the company’s financial health, cash flow, and liquidity position.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial information and documentation.
- Develop and manage project budgets while ensuring effective cost control and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within a technology or financial services company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost control, GAAP, IFRS, and related financial practices.
- Professional certification or membership with ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or a related accounting body is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Pastel, or Tally.
- Good understanding of Nigerian tax laws and tax return filing procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Experience managing general ledgers and preparing year-end financial accounts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and financial best practices.
- Willingness to undergo background verification.
- Must reside within or close to the Lekki/Ajah axis.
