Job Description

ASA Security is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting sales growth, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and providing strategic marketing insights that contribute to business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, search engines, display advertising, websites, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate and manage offline marketing activities such as promotions, activations, market research, surveys, and community engagement programs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts, campaign execution, and the development of marketing materials.
• Track and analyze the impact of marketing activities on sales performance and business growth.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage marketing budgets while ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize results and return on investment.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets and executing performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting marketing data and performance metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
