Job Description

Timeless Telecoms Limited is a telecommunications company focused on delivering reliable connectivity solutions and network infrastructure services. The company is seeking a qualified FTTH Aerial Project Manager to oversee fiber deployment projects, coordinate field operations, and ensure successful project execution from planning through completion.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly (Net) + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage FTTH aerial fiber deployment projects from initiation to completion.
  • Supervise field teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct site surveys, route planning, and oversee installation activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Manage project materials, tools, equipment, and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Liaise with government agencies, utility providers, landlords, and community stakeholders as required.
  • Track project progress, identify operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates for management.
  • Conduct project inspections, testing procedures, and final project handovers.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in FTTH or ISP fiber deployment projects.
  • Strong understanding of aerial fiber deployment processes and project management practices.
  • Knowledge of fiber optics, transmission systems, and OSP/ISP network design.
  • Proficiency in GIS tools, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other relevant technical software.
  • Excellent project coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Age must not exceed 40 years.
