Job Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and secure corporate contracts that contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, business development activities, and revenue generation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Previous experience in the facility management, real estate, property management, or cleaning industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of securing corporate contracts and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
