A reputable organization in Port Harcourt is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Officer to oversee administrative functions, support business operations, and coordinate activities across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.

Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office processes.
• Coordinate the Director’s schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and business meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting agendas, and business documents.
• Maintain confidential records, files, and organizational documentation.
• Support sales operations by maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and tracking performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, promotional activities, and marketing materials.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, business partners, and internal departments to ensure effective communication.
• Organize meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and departmental events while managing logistics requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, sales, and marketing data for management reporting.
• Monitor departmental budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any Social Science discipline or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in operations management, office administration, or a similar role.
• MBA, M.Sc., or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be from a non-Igbo-speaking tribe.
• Strong knowledge of office administration, operations management, and business support functions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail.
