Job Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related courses.
• Develop, review, and update course materials in line with academic standards.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and dissertations.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance where necessary.
• Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and other academic activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Engage in community service and other scholarly activities that promote the university’s mission.

Requirements

• Possess a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience in a recognized university.
• Demonstrate a strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• Provide evidence of outstanding academic research excellence and scholarly contributions.
• Possess excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
• Be committed to professional ethics and continuous academic development.
