Job Description

Dragnet Solutions Limited is hiring an Account Executive to join its Commercial Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in sales, business development, or account management who can build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage assigned accounts, engage prospective clients, prepare commercial proposals, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Follow up on leads, client enquiries, proposals, and pending business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other commercial documents.
  • Support account renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and client retention initiatives.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate updates and projected timelines.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively delivered.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client relationship management, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, HR solutions, recruitment, technology, education, training, assessments, or professional services is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience managing corporate client accounts is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident when engaging corporate decision-makers.
