Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with assigned key account customers.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts to support long-term growth.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
  • Execute customer and channel strategies in line with business goals.
  • Lead the implementation of category and channel activities for assigned accounts.
  • Contribute valuable insights to the commercial planning process.
  • Monitor account performance and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coach and support members of the sales team to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and field sales operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business objectives.
  • Knowledge of Joint Business Planning processes.
  • Working knowledge of commercial planning processes, including IMEX, CPM, Battle Plan, Risk & Opportunities, RiRo, and SLOBs.
  • Good understanding of distributor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive performance with minimal supervision.
