Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and results driven Account Executive with SaaS sales experience. This role is ideal for a bilingual sales professional fluent in both English and Spanish who enjoys building client relationships, driving new business, and managing the complete sales cycle. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping brands and retailers leverage market intelligence solutions to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract close.
  • Identify and engage decision makers and key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover customer challenges and business needs.
  • Present tailored software solutions that address client pain points and business objectives.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations through Microsoft Teams or similar virtual meeting platforms.
  • Prepare and present proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to identify upselling opportunities and support customer renewals.
  • Monitor existing accounts to identify expansion opportunities and reduce customer churn.
  • Contribute ideas for sales strategies, customer targeting, and marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • 2–3 years or more of experience selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience selling to brands or retailers is an advantage.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable conducting client meetings through phone calls and video conferencing.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a results focused mindset.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
