Job Description
Dangote Industries Limited is hiring a Plant HR Business Partner to oversee human resources operations at the plant level. The successful candidate will work closely with plant leadership to implement HR strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance with labour regulations. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing or plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant management to develop and implement workforce planning, organisational design, and people strategies.
- Execute corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across plant operations.
- Coordinate recruitment, talent deployment, and manpower planning to meet operational requirements.
- Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Lead performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Coordinate learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports that support informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, HR governance standards, and internal policies.
- Support organisational change initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any Social Sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a Head of Department position.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is mandatory.
- Additional qualification in Engineering or a related field is an added advantage.
- Chartered HR certification such as CIPMN, SHRM, or CIPD is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent understanding of industrial relations and Nigerian labour laws.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and communication skills.
