Earl Consulting Lagos is recruiting an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and drive revenue across its real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in the real estate industry and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop marketing strategies, and achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth and support the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the branding, positioning, and promotion of the company’s real estate products and services to increase market visibility and customer demand.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, television, search engines, exhibitions, promotional events, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
- Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing budgets while monitoring performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop product positioning strategies, and collaborate with relevant business units to introduce market-driven real estate offerings.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets while expanding sales channels and strategic partnerships.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, product features, production costs, and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with the finance department to monitor customer payment plans, credit terms, and timely collection of sales proceeds.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify emerging opportunities and improve market share.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative sales and marketing initiatives that enhance business growth.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry or a closely related sector.
- Applicants must be at least 35 years of age.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and people management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Good understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer insights.
- Proficiency in enterprise applications such as SAGE or SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other marketing software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a proactive business approach.
