A reputable garment production company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Officer to drive business growth through field marketing and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a professional with proven experience in outdoor sales, corporate marketing, and relationship management. The successful candidate will focus on generating bulk orders, expanding the client base, and promoting the company’s garment production services across Abuja.

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing visits to corporate organizations, schools, event planners, government agencies, and other potential clients.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for bulk garment orders, including uniforms, corporate wear, and event apparel.
• Present products and services to decision-makers, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Distribute marketing materials, company profiles, and product samples during client visits.
• Follow up on prospects and existing leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, leads, and completed transactions.
• Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Demonstrated success in outdoor sales, field marketing, and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Abuja, particularly Wuse, Maitama, Garki, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Energetic, confident, proactive, and highly results-driven.
• Proficiency in maintaining sales records and preparing activity reports.
