Job Description

Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator / Videographer to join its Brand Marketing team in Warri. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for visual storytelling, content production, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, editing, and publishing engaging visual content that strengthens brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Cover company events, activations, promotions, and community engagement activities.
  • Edit videos using professional editing software while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content creation techniques.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Film Production, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating previous content creation and video production work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
  • Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must reside in Warri or nearby areas and be available for regular on-site work.
