The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, assist with shipment processing, respond to customer enquiries, and help ensure smooth branch operations. Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and online customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information on shipping services, rates, delivery timelines, and company procedures.
- Inspect customer items for defects before shipment and report any discrepancies.
- Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately for dispatch.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and shipment transactions.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support other day-to-day branch operational activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in or around Alagbaka, Oba-Ile, or nearby areas within Akure.
