Job Description

SIMS Nigeria Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and ensure a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-in interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Escalate complex or priority cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Second Class HND, B.Sc., or BA degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
