Job Description
PIF Africa is hiring a Junior Consultant, Administration & Project Management to support administrative operations and project coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in administration, operations, logistics, or project support. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient workflows, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, maintain operational records, and contribute to the successful delivery of organizational projects and services.

Work Format: Remote (Mobility required with occasional travel to other states)
Key Responsibilities
- Support project execution by tracking tasks, maintaining checklists, documenting meeting minutes, and updating project management platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies, documents, and operational requests.
- Maintain subscription records, monitor renewal dates, and assist with payment processing, upgrades, and service management.
- Support vendor onboarding by organizing required documentation, maintaining vendor records, and monitoring vendor performance.
- Assist with procurement, logistics, travel arrangements, facility management, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain asset registers, track equipment distribution, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage operational records.
- Monitor customer and staff feedback, prepare reports, identify recurring issues, and escalate recommendations where necessary.
Requirements
- ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Between 6 and 18 months of experience in administration, operations, procurement, logistics, project support, or related roles, including internships, NYSC, volunteering, or student leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and shared collaboration tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, communicate professionally with stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month.
