Job Description

A qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (ACA) is needed to join its finance team. The successful candidate will support accurate financial reporting, accounting operations, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and relevant management accounts.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory accounting and ensure accurate recording of stock-related transactions.
  • Support compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support effective financial decision-making.
  • Assist with audits, financial reviews, and other finance-related activities as required.

Requirements
  • ACA/ICAN certification is mandatory.
  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in the Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, or Product-Based industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in accounting ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
