Client Relations Officer

Job Description

Investapool is seeking an experienced Client Relations Officer. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent service delivery, timely communication, accurate records, client satisfaction and retention.

Location: Abuja, Nigeria 

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients and investors
• Maintaining regular communication and responding to complaints and requests
• Provide details on investment opportunities and follow up on investment maturities, payments, renewals and documentation etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, marketing, communications, Public relations, Investment or any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills 
• At least 2 years working experience
