Outlet Manager
Job Description
The Outlet Concept Manager (OCM) is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the Furniture Showroom. The role combines sales leadership, showroom management, and customer engagement with strict adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising. The OCM will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer experiences are exceptional, and the showroom reflects the company’s premium positioning in the furniture market.
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage showroom staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide customer and market insights to the Retail Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in showroom, retail, sales, or outlet management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of showroom management and visual merchandising is an advantage.
