Job Description

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is a seeking a Production Supervisor with strong understanding of shop-floor workflows, basic machine operations, and safety standards.

 

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: OND ONLY in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. (HND, BSc., or higher degrees will not be considered).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct prior production floor experience in a manufacturing or industrial factory environment. Candidates without prior factory/production experience will be disqualified.
  • Strong understanding of shop-floor workflows, basic machine operations, and safety standards.
  • Good leadership, communication, and shift-coordination skills.
