Relationship Officer

Job Description

OmniPay is looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer (Field Sales & Onboarding) to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories.

Location: (Ibadan -Agbaje, Bodija, Moniya & Gbagi), (Osun – Ife & Ilesha), (Ondo -, Owo, Akoko, Ore & Ondo Town)
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000, Conveyance Allowance: ₦40,000 – ₦60,000 + Performance Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Complete and verify KYC documentation
• Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
• Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
• Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
• Share market insights and activity reports

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
