Lead Flutter Developer
Job Description
IndexRide is seeking a Lead Flutter Developer to Build and own the IndexRide Rider App and Driver App in Flutter (Dart) one codebase that ships to iOS and Android simultaneously on the App Store and Play Store.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build the Rider App and Driver App in Flutter/Dart
- Maintain a single codebase that ships to both iOS and Android
- Implement real time features live tracking, trip updates, driver matching
- Integrate with IndexRide backend APIs and WebSocket connections
- Own performance, crash reporting, and App Store / Play Store deployments
- Collaborate closely with design and backend teams
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of Flutter/Dart development
- Shipped at least one production app on both iOS and Android
- Experience with real time data, maps (Google Maps SDK), and push notifications
- Strong understanding of state management (Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and WebSocket integration
