Job Description
A company in the cold-room, refrigeration, and consumables industry, is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology, engineering, and product innovation functions.
Location: Lagos.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, engineering operations, and product development.
- Oversee cold-room and refrigeration system design, installation, and improvement.
- Drive innovation, energy efficiency, quality assurance, and technical compliance.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and commercially viable.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5–8 years of relevant technical and engineering experience.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership, technology development, or product innovation.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, cold-room systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Experience managing technical teams and engineering projects.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of renewable energy, solar systems, and IoT is an added advantage.
