Senior Network Engineer
Job Description
A firm is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in switching and routing.
Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot switching and routing environments.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement network security, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Perform network configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and resolve network-related incidents.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant network engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in switching and routing.
- Good knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls.
- CCNA/CCNP or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
