AI Engineer
Job Description
A firm is looking to hire an AI Engineer who will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data preparation, model selection, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference, deployment, and monitoring.
- Architect and maintain scalable AI pipelines using cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure tools work reliably in low-bandwidth environments.
- Work with Speech AI technologies, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice processing, and real-time conversational AI pipelines.
- Design, curate, pre-process, and validate high-quality datasets for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering, preferably within health-tech or social impact sectors.
- Expert-level Python proficiency (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Experience with Transformers, Hugging Face, and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data engineering tools.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying models to production (MLOps).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
