VACANCY: Customer Service / Office Admin

COMPANY: A reputable firm

LOCATION: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

JOB DETAILS:
Maintain and update company databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 2 years experience in similar role or administrative roles
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of self confidence and ability to create new ideas
Basic Knowledge of accounting
Must reside close to the job location.
