Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned customer accounts as the primary contact
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and business objectives
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions across RAN, Core Network, BSS/OSS, and Managed Services
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues or escalations promptly
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, business reviews, and industry engagements
  • Maintain accurate deal and pipeline records using CRM tools such as Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within telecom or technology
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good understanding of telecom solutions such as RAN, Core Network, BSS/OSS, and Managed Services
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes such as NOTAP, CCI, and LC frameworks is an advantage
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
