About the Role:

A proactive and organized Administrative/Front Desk Officer is needed. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing top-notch administrative support. This position is especially suited for individuals with experience in a school environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
  2. Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  3. Oversee and maintain the school’s social media handles to enhance engagement and visibility.
  4. Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and ensure timely communication.
  5. Maintain records, handle inquiries, and provide general administrative support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant administrative software.
  • Strong ability to manage social media platforms effectively.
