About the Role:
A proactive and organized Administrative/Front Desk Officer is needed. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing top-notch administrative support. This position is especially suited for individuals with experience in a school environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Oversee and maintain the school’s social media handles to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain records, handle inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant administrative software.
- Strong ability to manage social media platforms effectively.
