Job Description
A top firm is looking for a detail-oriented Audit Associate to join their finance/audit team in Lagos. You’ll support audit engagements by testing controls, verifying records, and helping ensure clients meet regulatory and financial reporting standards.

Salary: ₦180,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting internal and external audits for clients.
- Prepare working papers, audit reports, and supporting schedules.
- Perform substantive testing, vouching, and analytical procedures on financial records.
- Check adherence to IFRS, CAMA, FRC, and other relevant regulations.
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with client finance teams to gather evidence and clarify findings.
- Draft audit findings and assist senior auditors with final report preparation.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACA/ACCA in progress is an advantage.
- 2 years audit, accounting, or assurance experience.
- Proficiency in Excel. Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP is a plus
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
