Job Description

A reputable financial institution in Akure is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Bank Experience Customer Service Officer. This role requires a smart, well-groomed, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional banking experience to customers while maintaining the institution’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support daily banking operations and ensure smooth customer service delivery.
  • Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with all bank policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be 28 years old or below.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (First Class, Second Class Upper, or Second Class Lower) or HND (Distinction or Upper Credit only).
  • Moderate experience in customer service or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and time management.
  • Must be smart, well-groomed, confident, and have a positive attitude.
  • Proximity to Akure is essential.

Salary: N250,000 monthly + HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance, 13th Month, and other benefits
Work Days: Monday – Friday
