Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to support company growth objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and market expansion plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and sales performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance and provide accurate reports and forecasts
  • Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking engagements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Security Studies, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Experience in defense, security, high-value B2B sales, or manufacturing preferred
  • Professional certification in Sales and/or Marketing is required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical products effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry engagements
  • Must have prior experience in the automobile industry
  • Candidate should reside within close proximity to Lekki
