Abuja Clinics is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, market awareness, and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Engage potential clients, present service offerings, and negotiate business deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Prepare and improve proposals for both new and existing clients
- Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with management to pitch and execute new business ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
