Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a results-driven Business Relationship Manager to support business growth by acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting financial products and services. This role is ideal for sales professionals with a passion for customer engagement, business development, and achieving performance targets within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through the promotion and sale of financial products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage long-term business growth.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new sales opportunities.
- Participate in trade fairs, community events, market activations, and cluster marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in or willing to work within Abuja, Nigeria.
