Job Description

A top firm is recruiting for a Business/Sales Manager.

 

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 monthly + performance-based incentives

Key Requirements

  • Have proven experience in sales, retail, business development or business operations
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of driving revenue growth
  • Have experience managing teams and retail/business operations
  • Be able to drive both online and offline sales
  • Possess strong commercial and business development skills
  • Be experienced in identifying growth opportunities and partnerships
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, accountability and problem-solving skills
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and reporting directly to the CEO
