Agriarche Limited, a growing player in the agricultural sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling operations, implementing business strategies, and driving cross-functional performance across departments to support growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to align company goals with scalable operational strategies and roadmaps
• Lead and manage operational departments including supply chain, product delivery, agronomy services, and customer experience
• Utilize technology and data analytics to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and support decision-making
• Establish partnerships across the agriculture value chain and maintain strong vendor and regulatory relationships
• Drive financial planning, budget alignment, and operational cost-efficiency in collaboration with the finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5–7 years in operational leadership, with a minimum of 3 years in a C-level role
• Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, supply chain, or related sectors
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, with a track record of scaling operations in growth-oriented environments
