Salary Range: ₦229,000 – ₦540,000 monthly
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Officers to drive growth in the SME loan segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, expertise in credit risk analysis, and a proven ability to close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire SME clients requiring loan services, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and propose tailored loan solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and improve sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc/HND in Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial sales.
- Demonstrated skills in credit risk analysis, persuasive selling, resilience, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
