Job Description

Location: Remote — Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and UK/US diaspora
Commitment: Part-time, 5–10 hours/week
Compensation: Performance-based incentives
Responsibilities
- Research emerging conversations and trends around dating, relationships, marriage and family.
- Develop ideas for relationship posts, quizzes, polls and short videos.
- Help create Lovigance’s Relationship Pulse.
- Identify interesting creators, discussions and communities.
- Monitor what people engage with and suggest new content ideas.
- Work with the growth team to turn insights into useful experiences.

- Writes and communicates well.
- Is naturally curious about people and relationships.
- Understands social media and digital culture.
- Can spot an interesting conversation or trend.
- Is creative, proactive and willing to experiment.
