Job Description
Luvanex Realty Group is seeking a confident and presentable Content Creator & Video Presenter to create engaging video content for our social media platforms.
Work Type: Hybrid
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Create and present engaging video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Record a minimum of 3 quality videos weekly.
- Follow content briefs and scripts provided by the team.
- Attend selected company events or locations when required for content creation.
- Maintain professional video, audio, and presentation quality.
Key Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
- Creative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Experience working in a real estate company or creating real estate-related content is an added advantage.
