A company in Ikeja is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to manage client interactions, address customer inquiries, and provide efficient support services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with service-related issues and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer care or related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in computer use and ability to adapt to new software tools.
