Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Conduct field visits and support client engagement activities
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client interactions
- Track client feedback, interactions, and service delivery progress
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when required
- Support business development through repeat business and referrals
Requirements / How to Qualify
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in customer relations, client services, or a similar role
- Proven ability to engage clients both in the field and remotely
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel locally as part of the role
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
