Overview:
Electric City Energy, a company operating within the renewable energy sector, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Officer to support customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly within technical or energy-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information on company services and guide customers in resolving issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to follow up on service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service procedures and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the renewable energy or technical services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
