Overview
A reputable trading company in the digital assets and gift card industry is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to lead its customer service team and oversee day-to-day operations on the trading floor. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Customer Service Agents, ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier support.
- Monitor operational workflows and implement improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Train, mentor, and support team members, helping them develop skills and maintain high performance.
- Track service metrics, analyze trends, and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve service delivery processes and customer experience.
- Stay current with trends in digital assets and gift card offerings.
Requirements
- HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with the digital asset and gift card market is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex customer situations.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
