About the Role:
Ibadan Digital Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our students and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience with e-learning platforms, ensuring smooth operations and excellent support delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  2. Assist users with navigating e-learning platforms and resolving technical issues.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  4. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and address service gaps.
  5. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements for better service delivery.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/helpdesk software.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms is essential.
  • Proven track record in customer service or support roles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
