Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Build and optimize data models to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
  • Implement data governance practices, documentation standards, and data management frameworks.
  • Monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of data infrastructure and workflows.
  • Support data-driven decision making by delivering trusted and accurate datasets.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, analysis, and pipeline development.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and data models.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver reliable data solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, or analytics engineering tools is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools and data quality frameworks is beneficial.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-growing or impact-driven organization is a plus.
