Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join its AI and Machine Learning team. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for real-world business applications.
  • Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) using techniques such as Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods.
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Develop supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models for predictive analytics and NLP applications.
  • Design and implement deep learning models for Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision tasks.
  • Create scalable AI pipelines using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with research teams, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations through effective visualization and clear communication.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on AI and Machine Learning projects.
  • Build reusable Machine Learning models, tools, and deployment pipelines to improve development efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BTech, MCA, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Generative AI Specialist.
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of open-source and commercial Large Language Models such as Llama, Gemma, Mixtral, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, RAFT, LoRA, QLoRA, and other LLM fine-tuning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or related Machine Learning libraries.
  • Practical knowledge of NLP tools including SpaCy, NLTK, Gensim, OpenNLP, CoreNLP, and transformer architectures.
  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone or Qdrant.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of API development using Flask or FastAPI is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading technical projects independently is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to mobility or healthcare projects is considered an advantage.
