Job Description

ISN Medical is seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Technology Officer to support the execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies and oversee critical IT operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cybersecurity compliance, infrastructure stability, and successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems while serving as the key technical escalation point in the absence of the CTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
  • Support the CTO in driving technology initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of organizational technical priorities.
  • Oversee daily IT operations to maintain system reliability, availability, and security across all platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, risk controls, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Develop and implement enterprise technology roadmaps, governance policies, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with executive management and business units to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and platforms to support innovation and infrastructure modernization.
  • Manage IT budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and resource allocation processes.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance management for technical teams.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, infrastructure management, software engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology environments and leading cross-functional IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT governance.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and modern development practices.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, CRISC, CISA, ISO 31000, ERM, CFA, FRM, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and operational management experience.
